Self Assessments
Meyer-Briggs test results over
time toggle between INTP and
INFP:
I=introvert: energies directed
inwardly; enjoy alone-time;
energized by mental activity;
prefer social interaction
one-to-one or in small groups;
N=intuitive: read between the
lines and look for meaning;
future oriented, want to know
implications and consequences
of events; value imagination
and trust hunches.
T=thinker: make decisions that
make sense logically; objective
and analytical. AND
F=feeler: make decisions based
on how much I care or what I
feel to be right; empathetic and
compassionate.
P=perceiver: prefer spontaneity
and flexibility to structure and
closure; prefer to keep options
open.
Though the above is my natural
style, over time I have
developed ability to use other
styles as needed: e.g., an
extrovert's ability to be
energized by others, a sensor's
focus on facts, and a judger's
orientation toward structure,
resolution and closure.
